Whilst I am seen as a trainer, I think of myself more as a facilitator and catalyst to inspire and ignite passion in retail people.

Since graduating I have worked at Liberty, Heals and Habitat. During my 12 years at Habitat, I worked throughout Europe, managing stores and leading projects focusing on training managers in France and the UK.

My work has involved development and training all levels of management and sales teams. Work has included facilitating international conferences and individual management coaching in France.

In addition to providing training, I am able to provide simple retail solutions in a one to one coaching environment which focuses on sales growth and team development.

I am based in London and am able to travel for training on or off site. I am 39 years old.
