I'm a retailer by trade. My insight comes from years spent managing
departments and stores for Heals, Habitat and Liberty, throughout UK and
across Europe. This background has provided me with the perfect foundation,
on which to build a career in change management and corporate training.
My own training as a CIPD/NLP practitioner and the experience I've gained
from working with different people from diverse cultures and business models,
has enabled me to draw on a wide range of training styles and strategies, and
allowed me to make a positive and lasting impact on my client's business.
